Q. When will my order arrive?
A. Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days of placing the order.
An email confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address once the order has been shipped. Orders are shipped from our nearest warehouse, depending on your location.
These are estimated times based on current shipping times*.
USA, Canada: 7 - 10 business days
UK, Europe: 7 - 15 business days
Australia, New Zealand: 7 - 15 business days
*Times may vary due to busy shipping times or national holidays.

Q. Will I receive my items in one delivery if I buy multiple items?
A. While we make every effort to deliver all items in a single shipment, please note that orders with multiple items may arrive separately. This is because we sometimes ship from different warehouse locations to ensure the fastest delivery times. Rest assured that you will receive tracking information for each shipment to keep you informed of the delivery status.

Q. Has my order been shipped yet?
A. Orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a shipping email when your order has been shipped. Please check your SPAM/junk mailbox in case the email has landed there. If you cannot find your shipping email or think you have deleted it, contact us at support@ombrac.com and we can let you know in real time whether your order has shipped or not.

Q. My shipment has arrived broken or damaged, what can I do?
A. First of all, we apologize if this has happened. To help us fix it, please take photos and send them to us at support@ombrac.com as soon as our team receives will take care of them. We must be notified within 48 hours of the parcel arriving and we are also not responsible for packaging damage as it is the courier's job to act with care. This is out of our control.

Q. I need to cancel or change my order - how do I do that?
A. We will always do our best to cancel your order, but if your order has already been shipped or processed, we cannot cancel it. If you want to change your order, e.g. the style, size or delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes if your order has not yet been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change the order, but we are always happy to receive a return if you wish.

Q. Can I get a refund or return?
A. We have a 30-day money back guarantee. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To receive a refund, items must be in the condition you received them, with the packaging and all accessories.
